Why global unicast address is the only address that can be configured as an anycast address, and why not link local or multicast?

ipv6, internet protocol version six, it is the next technology after ipv4 which is exhausted due the limitation of ipv4, the ipv4 is 32bit which has 4billion ip address, but ipv6 address is offering 340 undecillion, also ipv6 support growing number of devices, simplify address management and improved routing and efficiency.

the ipv4 is last so long because of approaches, the private ip addresses where a range of ip addresses used in a local network, and the second approach is NAT, network Address translation where a one public ip address can represent a thousands of ip addresses in the network instead of assigned each network a single public ip addresses.
