Both because Zero compression limitation is that is used once Whereas Zero Suppression does not have limit. so the use of both will be the best practice

IPv6 is the latest networking layer protocol that provides unique IP addresses for internet-enabled devices, replacing the exhausted 32-bit IPv4 system with a 128-bit structure. It is necessary because the massive expansion of IoT ,smart devices has depleted the IPv4 addresses available.

The shortage of ipv4 addresses limits further development of mobile IP and broadband technologies that require an increasing number of IP addresses. A large number of routing entries on devices need to be maintained.😇
